After the Greensburg tornado disaster, FEMA built many Tornado Shelters using ISBU shipping container modules. Even the govenment knows how safe and effective they are so why aren't they being integrated into every home?
The Greensburg residents can now run across town to get into a safe ISBU tornado shelter, but their homes and all valuable furnishings will still be destroyed again. Good thinking....
